AUTHOR

Nick Humphrey is Managing Partner of Hamilton Locke, a corporate law firm, the chairman of the Australian Growth Company Awards, and also the chairman of Emerson, which provides compliance and company secretarial services.  He has also sat on advisory boards for an infrastructure advisory business, an angel investment fund, and an accounting firm. He has won dozens of influential awards including Dealmaker of the year, Best Lawyer Private Equity, Chambers Asia Recommendation for Private Equity, and M&A Lawyer of the Year.  His firm has won a number of awards for innovation.

He has published nine business books, including “Maverick Executive: Strategies for Driving Clarity, Effectiveness and Focus” as well as dozens of articles on leadership, performance and workplace culture.
