ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Before coming to the Bar, in his capacity as Special Counsel, Dean Churilov has gained extensive experience in all areas of personal injury law. 

Since then Dean has established a diverse personal injury/common law practice involving drawing the required paperwork and appearing (in Melbourne and on circuit) in statutory benefits, serious injury, common law damages, judicial review, appeals and section 138 recovery proceedings.

He is a recipient of Monash University Law School's prizes in Restitution Law and Citizenship & Migration Law.
